Finally Australia’s best free private real estate selling website has had a facelift. We have listened to the feedback of our property owners and private sellers and redesigned the Privatepoint website and system to make things a little easier and a lot more enjoyable.
The first noticeable change is that Privatepoint is free. We were previously charging $198 because this is the fee we were required to pay Propertypoint one of the websites we automatically send your property listing to. Property listings entered in Privatepoint will no longer automatically appear on Propertypoint. Rather, if you would like your listing to appear on Propertypoint you can request this addition and pay Privatepoint the listing fee of $198.

Today is the official Privatepoint launch so keep an eye open for properties appearing in the system and on the websites we export to.
Our goal at Privatepoint is to provide property owners with an alternative solution to using a real estate agent to sell their property. Our belief is that current private real estate websites simply do not provide enough exposure for the properties which are listed on them. People searching for property infrequently search these websites meaning properties listed on these websites are never exposed to an audience.
We are not another one of these private real estate websites but rather we are a private real estate marketing platform. We allow property owners to upload their listings to our system and then we export their listings to real estate portals across the world.
We are always looking for new export partners and plan to add a new website we export to each month. So keep a look out for updates to our system and new websites we export to.
