We recommend that our vendor&#039;s only market their property on the internet. We provide all of our vendor&#039;s with a FREE 600*900 mm corflute For Sale/Lease sign. The sign has our name, web address, a large For Sale/Lease and the property ID. All the essentials so someone interested can go to the website and type in the property ID.

The days of print advertising are over, it is expensive and the results achieved are relatively small in comparison to online marketing.</description>

		<description>I have seen them in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, RUN use them everywhere. Because they are only rental properties I think RUN may absorb them in their marketing cost as I doubt a property owner would be prepared to outlay that expense on marketing. I know i wouldn&#039;t.</description>

Have any of you seen those property signs advertised around Sydney for RUN Property. It is basically a 2*6 foot sign of a large photo of a person (some are male and others are female) and the RUN logo. It is a classic example of what you are discussing about real estate agent self marketing.

I wonder what a sign like that costs and who actually pays for it!</description>
