Private real estate sale, for sale by owner ( FSBO ), DIY real estate sales and private property sales are now made easier through the private real estate website Privatepoint.
As soon as a property owner decides to sell their property as a for sale by owner through a private real estate sale results in everyone attempting to take advantage of the for sale by owner. There are so many dodgy for sale by owner and private real estate sale websites and services which offer an ordinary service and charge the real estate owner ridiculous fees.
I came across another for sale by owner and private areal estate sale website yesterday called Private Sales Gurus, I am not providing a link as it is not worthy of one. They spruik themselves on providing all the secrets about for sale by owner and private real estate sales. They charge $14.95 a report and of course there about 7 reports which can be packaged up and purchased together.
I briefly had a look at their content and there is nothing there which can not be found on this website or on a real estate agent websites for free. It annoys me that private real estate sale websites like this try and take advantage of for sale by owner property owners.
If you are a for sale by owner who is selling your property through a private real estate sale then before you spend any money have a good look around the internet for free private real estate sale websites as a lot of these websites like Privatepoint have very useful information available at no cost in their blogs.

Couldn’t agree more, businesses view private sellers as an endless pit to try and make money from. Good to see this website does the opposite!

The internet is full of websites which try to make money out of every type of industry. However, saying this there are also more and more websites (like this one, thanks) popping up which provide free information.
This is actually how the internet was first designed for information to be shared freely across the web. Competition in the market and huge advertising dollars spent means more and more website are providing free data and services for their users.
It is also great for these brands that they are looking after users and not trying to charge them for using their website.

Real estate agents always get a wrap about trying to take advantage of property owners while private selling websites and businesses are seen as angels coming to the rescue.
Well, they are not angels they are just riding the wave of “lets bag out real estate agents” and trick property owners in giving us their money. Some of these websites which target private sellers are just vultures trying to rip them off!
