How to – Manage Contacts
Our system allows you to completely manage all of your contacts. This includes all of their details and even a personal photo.
Adding a Contact
To the right you will see an ‘Add Contact’ Image link simply click on this to load the Add Contact. You will then be asked to add the following fields:
- First Name: The first name of the Contact.
- Last Name: The last name of the Contact.
- Phone: Your Phone Number
- Mobile: Contacts Mobile Number
- Email Address: Contacts Email Address
- Username: Select a Username
- Password: Select a Password
Contact Images
You can add 2 images per ‘Contact’. To add a new images just click browse and locate the image on your computer or dvd drive. Then once you have selected the images you wish to upload you can add a short description for each image (optional).
Sorting Contacts
Once you have uploaded ‘Contacts’ you can sort the order of the images by dragging and dropping the Contact in the order you wish them to be displayed. As you drag a contact over another contact you will notice that the contact below will move either up or down. Once you have the position simply drop the contact into position. After all of your sorting has been done make sure you submit changes.
Viewing Images
Each image has a little ‘View’ link located within the box area. Simply click on that and wait for the image to pop up.
Deleting Images
Each image has a little rubbish bin icon located within the box area. Simply click on that observe the warning (Ok/Cancel) and submit. The image will then be deleted and you will need to update the page to reflect this.
Editing Contacts
You can Edit a Contact at any time. Once you have completed changes simply click on the Submit button located at the bottom of the page.
Deleting Contacts
You can delete any Contact at any time other than Contacts that have property listings assigned against their name. If you come across a Contact with property listings assigned against them you must first re-assign these property listings before you can delete the Contact. Any time you wish to Delete a Contact you will be asked to confirm this deletion. This wipes their information from the database as well as their ability to login to the system
