I’ve found by doing things opposite I’ve saved time and money.
I sell my house privately. Once advertised buyers come to you.
Then I use a buyers agent to buy my properties.
I’ve found this Sydney Buyers Agent to be good value.
She does all the leg work, and I have all the fun of choosing only the perfect matches she comes up with.
Try it sometime :)
