Performing Open Inspections

Open inspection times
When selecting open inspection times for your property you need to choose times which are convenient to potential buyers. Inspections should be held outside business hours or on weekends for a maximum turn out rate. Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm are a popular time for open inspections. Many properties also have open inspections after work during the week. Anytime after 7.00pm is generally helpful to potential buyers as it provides them with the opportunity to view your property after work.

How to – Use the Dashboard

Welcome to your Management System Dashboard. Use the menu to navigate around the system. Once you have added NEW listings you will see that the LATEST 20 will be updated and your new listings will appear here. The Dashboard also allows you to gain access to all of your listings in your database. You can view all of your listings broken down by status or securely subscribe to your listings via RSS Feeds in part or in full. Adding photos to our system is easy whether you are adding new images after adding a property or editing current images. If you are adding a new listing, once you complete the template you will be taken to the images page. On this page you have 26 slots to add all of your images.

How to – Add land and building sizes

On your add new template you can add your Land Size and Building Size by simply typing in (numbers only) the correct amount (no decimal points). Our system only allows for square metres, so if you have only data in ‘squares, square feet, acres or hectares you will need to convert these into square metres with our calculator tool.

How to – Add Maps

Adding mapping to your advertisement is easy, but it is not automated. Our address fields are cleanly split so we can make sure you are as accurate as possible. Once you have added your address details you will see two blank spaces for your Google Mapping. You do not enter anything here. What you do is simply click on the ‘Get Co-ordinates’ link and our mapping system will automatically find your location. Once our mapping application has found your location all you need to do is click on the ‘Submit’ button and you will see the Longitude and Latitude information completed in the respective fields.
